RETURNS
Once you have received your order, you have 15 days to request a return by writing to our email info@unna01.com . After this time, returns are not accepted unless the garment has a manufacturing problem, in which case you must notify us as soon as possible by sending us an email to explain in detail, with photographs, what the problem is and wait for our assessment.
If we receive a return outside these parameters, it will not be refunded, but it will be available for you to pick up again, assuming the shipping costs.
Your return will be processed as soon as we receive the package at our warehouse and inspect the item(s) to ensure that everything is correct. Once this is done, we will send you an email confirming that the return has been accepted and the refund made using the same payment method used for the original order.
Returned items must be packaged in their original condition, with the original labels of the garments and the original invoice that you received with the shipment so that it is faster for us to return the item. You can reuse our shipping bag since it is prepared for this. Any garment that is returned defective, damaged, dirty, used or deteriorated will not be refunded but will be available for you to collect again, assuming the shipping costs. From UNNA 01, we will send you the photos that show the condition of the garment received.
A fee applies for each return and will be deducted from your refund when it is processed. Shipping costs for the original order are not refundable.
If you wish to exchange the item for another size/colour, you will need to make a return and place a new order. We will refund the returned item within 24 hours once it is delivered to our warehouse using the same refund method that was used to pay for the purchase.
If the delivery of your package is impossible for the transport agency, you must contact them directly to schedule a new delivery, assuming the costs that this generates. We are not responsible beyond sending you the tracking corresponding to your shipment. If you have a problem with the delivery caused by the transport agency, let us know immediately so that we can help you and resolve it as soon as possible.
If after 7 days from when your package is available for delivery, it has still not been delivered for reasons not attributable to UNNA 01 and it is returned to our warehouse, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract, which will be terminated. After such termination, we will refund the price paid for said products as soon as possible, and within a maximum period of 30 days from the date, we will terminate the contract. In such case, we will be authorized to charge you the transport costs derived from the shipping and resolution costs.
