Can I make any changes to my order once it has been placed?

We cannot modify orders that have already been placed, we can only cancel your order and give a full refund so you can place a new one with the correct items. Please contact us at info@unna01.com before it is shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

Your order can be cancelled within one hour from the time you make your purchase.

Please email us at info@unna01.com and we will take care of it immediately.

How do I know if you have received my order?

Once we receive your order on our website, you will receive confirmation of the order by email. If not, it may be that you have entered your email address incorrectly. Please check it and send us an email so we can update it. We recommend that you create an account on our website from which you can access your data and update it when necessary, thus avoiding possible future incidents.

How long does it take for my order to leave and arrive at my home?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. We always try to prepare the order on the same day it is received and ship it the next day, provided it is received before 10pm. The estimated transit time is listed in the “SHIPMENTS” section. Orders received from 12pm on Friday and during the weekend will not leave the warehouse until the following Monday*

*All public holidays in our country and in the destination countries will affect the departure and shipment of orders. We will always inform you of our holiday periods so that you can take them into account.

In what currency can I place my order?

All transactions are always made in EUROS (€)

What payment methods are available to me?

You can make the payment by debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Union Pay); Apple Pay; Google Pay. We have taken great care to ensure that your payment is always secure on our platform.

Are there any additional costs?

Orders within the EEC are not subject to any additional charges and orders from other countries are sent as DDU ( Delivery Duty Unpaid ). Additional conditions and charges (taxes and duties) are added by the customs of each country and UNNA 01 cannot do or assume anything regarding this.

Will I get a full refund for my order?

Once we receive your returned order and it is accepted, we will refund everything except the return costs (which we will deduct from the final amount). The original shipping costs are not refundable. Taxes and duties from non-EU countries are not covered by the brand.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive your return and it is approved, we will refund you within a maximum of 2 days, although we always try to do so on the same day we receive the package. We will send you an email to confirm this.

I have received a defective item, what should I do?

We personally and carefully check the garments one by one before sending them to ensure that they are perfect, but if something happens to you, please write to us as soon as possible at info@unna01.com We will need you to explain in detail what is wrong with the garment in order to assess its return and the sending of a new one.

How can I stay up to date with the latest news and developments from UNNA 01?

At UNNA we work with product capsules or mini collections that will go on sale throughout the year. Subscribe to our Newsletter to be among the first to know what we are preparing. You can stop receiving it whenever you want.

How do I know if I have ordered the correct size?

We have included a size guide to help you decide, as at UNNA we work a lot with oversized styles, so most of our models are very generous and cover different sizes. We always include the measurements of the model on the website, as the visual reference is quicker. Don't hesitate to write to us if you have any questions and we will advise you based on our own experience, as we are addicted to our clothes and wear them daily.

Our customer service hours are quite extensive since we take care of everything ourselves and giving you the best possible service is our priority.
